You can export from Fade In to Microsoft Word as a .docx file using File > Export > Microsoft Word (.docx). (Note that Fade In does not support exporting as older Word .doc-format documents.)

Another way to export from Fade In is via Rich Text Format (RTF) using File > Export > Rich Text Format (.rtf).

You can then import the resulting RTF file into Microsoft Word (or many other word processors).

It will retain most of standard screenplay formatting. Depending on the format/template you're using and any customizations, more or less cleanup of the exported .docx or RTF document may be necessary once imported to Word.
