When a crash occurs on macOS, the operating system will give you the opportunity to view and submit the crash report. You do not need to submit the report to Apple (as Fade In is not an Apple product, they won't be too concerned with it).

But you can copy and paste the details from the crash report window into an email to Fade In technical support.

To do so, open the crash report output. Select all text in the "Problem Details" pane by clicking in it and pressing Cmd+A to Select All. Then, right-click and choose Copy.

You can then paste those contents into an email to support@fadeinpro.com.
