Windows

Installation on Windows currently uses an executable installer. The installer can be executed from a script, and has a number of switches that can be supplied on the command line, such as: /SILENT (or /VERYSILENT) and /SUPPRESSMESSAGEBOXES.

Further information about these and other command-line options can be found here.

Mac

The Mac package is distributed as a .dmg, and can be mounted from a custom installation script. The application simply needs to be copied to the Applications folder.

Linux

Multiple options are available for Linux installation, including .deb, .rpm, and basic .tar.gz distribution.
